If earlier actors, musicians and athletes were the real stars and idols of the younger generation, today they are bloggers - people who conduct their activities on the Internet.
Online space has ceased to be some kind of environment, separated from the real world, and has become an important part of it. People known on the Internet exist not only on a computer monitor, but also directly interact with their fans: they attend special festivals, release clothes under their own names and act in films.
One of the most popular bloggers at the moment is Briton Caspar Lee.
short biography
Lee was born in the capital of Great Britain, London, but soon after the birth of his son, the family moved to South Africa, the city of Durban, where Caspar went to school and spent almost all of his childhood.
Caspar Lee appeared on the Internet when he was about 16 years old: it was then that the guy created his channel on YouTube video hosting. However, the first video was uploaded only after 2 years - January 2, 2012. In 2013, his millionth viewer subscribed to Caspar, and today the number of subscribers on the channel exceeds 7 million.
Caspar's best friend is Joe Sugg, who is also a video blogger. They often appear in videos on each otherโs channels.
Movie career
The video blogger has repeatedly taken part in the filming of feature films, which were then released on cinema screens.
His debut in cinema took place in 2014 in the film Malek 3: Learning to Fly. The role of Caspar Lee in the film was minor and insignificant, but a year later he again took part in the filming. This time, Lee and his friend Joe Sugg voiced seagulls in a full-length cartoon about SpongeBob.
On the bloggerโs account there are also larger roles - for example, the main character of the still-unreleased Laid in America picture. He also became a director and one of the actors of the movie Hit the Road, which tells about his journey with Europe with Joe Sugg.
