In this case, meat under the influence of a certain set of products changes its structure a little. This greatly facilitates the further process. The whole process can be roughly divided into 3 stages:

  1. Cooking marinade. Mustard must be mixed well with butter. Then add chopped garlic, vinegar, spices, salt and cinnamon. The resulting mass is the marinade.
  2. Preparation of the bird. The carcass must be thoroughly washed and divided into pieces of the right size. Now immerse the meat in a flavorful mixture and refrigerate for a whole day.
  3. Cooking meat. We take out the pan and put the chicken on a baking sheet. Now send them to the oven. Pickled chicken is baked for about an hour at 200 degrees.

But chicken is not only suitable for cooking hot dishes. It makes good salads. Chicken with pickled mushrooms will be perfectly combined here . It is best to take champignons. The ratio of products is noticeably this: for 1 chicken breast - 1 carrot, salt, 200 grams of mushrooms, mayonnaise and a little black pepper. Mushrooms and meat should be approximately the same amount. Cooking such a salad is very easy. First you need to boil meat and carrots. Then, in a separate bowl, chop the chicken, disassembling it with your hands into small fibers. Add carrots cut into cubes and mushrooms chopped into thin slices. Now it remains only to add salt, selected spices, pepper slightly and season with mayonnaise. The salad is quite simple but very tasty.

Sometimes you want to cook something light for the table. In this case, a recipe is suitable in which the chicken is in perfect harmony with pickled cucumbers. It resembles a simplified version of the world-famous Olivier. For cooking, you will need the necessary components: for 300 grams of chicken fillet - a glass of mayonnaise, 200 grams of carrots and cucumbers, salt, 3 eggs, pepper and lettuce.

The dish is prepared as follows:

  1. Boil chicken, cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Do the same with eggs and carrots.
  3. Cut the cucumbers as finely as possible.
  4. Salad to tear hands.
  5. To fill all products in a salad bowl. Add pepper and salt, and then add mayonnaise.

If desired, you can add potatoes and green peas to the salad . And for a brighter taste, it is better not to boil chicken meat, but bake it in an oven or fry in vegetable oil in a pan.
