Any housewife knows what barbecue is. It would seem that there is nothing tastier than tender and juicy meat with a golden crust on skewers or skewers. But not everyone knows how to cook barbecue in a slow cooker. Many believe that this dish should be done exclusively on a bonfire or grill. - Cut the meat into pieces. They should not be too large, otherwise the kebab will turn out damp.
- Chop the onion in large rings.
- Put the meat in a deep container and pour it with vinegar. Billets should be well marinated.
- Top them with salt and then sprinkle with pepper and spices. The marinade will turn out more flavorful, and from it the meat will be tastier.
- The last to put chopped onions.
- The pickling process should last at least 2 hours. But in this case, the more the better.
- Put chicken in a slow cooker. From above it is necessary not to forget to put onions.
- Set the “Baking” mode on the panel. Cook for about 50-55 minutes.

Kebab of fish
Those who prefer to eat seafood instead of meat, can be advised to cook fish skewers in a slow cooker. The cooking technology remains almost the same. It includes two main stages: pickling and baking. But the set of products will be slightly different:
- 500 grams of fish (it is better to take salmon);
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- 1 lemon (small);
- seasonings (for fish).
Stages of cooking fish skewers:
- First you need to make a marinade. To do this, pour sauce into a plate, add freshly squeezed lemon juice and seasoning to it.
- Cut the fish into slices.
- Put it with the marinade so that the liquid completely covers the product, and leave for about 1 hour.

- 800 grams of pork (tenderloin);
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 80-85 grams of olive oil;
- salt;
- 4 fresh tomatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of honey and soy sauce;
- 3 onions;
- ground pepper (red and black).
Once all the products are complete, you can start making kebab:
- First, the meat must be cut into cubes approximately 4 x 5 centimeters in size.
- Fold it in a bowl, add salt and pepper well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oil with the sauce and honey, and then add the chopped onion rings and grated garlic.
- Transfer the meat to the marinade and mix it all well.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Cut the tomatoes into circles.
- Send them to the bowl of the multicooker, adding 50-60 grams of oil, and cook in the "Frying" mode. Process tomatoes from two sides, and then put them on a plate.
- Pour the remaining oil into the bowl.

Smoked meat kebab in beer marinade
The taste of kebab always depends on what products were part of the marinade for meat processing. Here everyone can show their own imagination or use already known recipes. Shish kebab in a slow cooker is good to cook from the following ingredients:
- 0.5 kilograms of pork;
- 15 grams of apple cider vinegar;
- salt;
- 3 onions;
- 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke;
- 1 glass of beer;
- 1 teaspoon of a mixture of dried herbs.
Cooking Technique:
- Cut the meat arbitrarily into medium pieces. It is better to take the neck of the carcass. After processing, it usually turns out juicier and softer.

- salt;

- 200 grams of any mayonnaise;

- Cut it into convenient portioned slices.

- 1 kilogram of beef;
- 4 onions;
- 50 milliliters of vegetable oil;
- salt;
- 120 grams of wine vinegar;
- some pepper and any seasonings (for barbecue).
Such a barbecue is prepared simply and without much labor:
- First, as usual, you need to prepare the meat. First of all, it should be cleaned of existing veins and dense films. After baking, they can become even tougher, and the kebab will be impossible to bite.
- In a separate bowl, mix all other components according to the recipe. The onions should not be cut, but knead.
- Pour the meat with the prepared mixture and leave it for 6-8 hours (preferably overnight).
- Cooked beef in a slow cooker in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
