All the jelly is laid out from the stew in a small pan. The remaining meat is passed through a meat grinder to form minced meat, which is mixed with grated cheese, eggs and crackers. Miniature cutlets are formed from the entire mass, which are carefully wrapped in gauze or any other cloth. Then they are tied with threads so that the tissue does not open.
And then, in a saucepan where jelly is waiting, cutlets are put, and if desired, vegetables are added. All this is filled with water, salted and boiled for 1 hour. Finally, laying out the finished dish from the broth, cutlets unfold, free themselves from threads and serve to the table. This dish is delicious not only hot, but also suitable as a cold snack.
Cook pickle
Stew dishes are not only simple options. You can even make a delicious soup out of this product, especially in time trouble. A pickle will require a can of canned meat, fresh carrots, pickles, tomatoes, of course, potatoes, onions, herbs, seasonings, vegetable or olive oil and water. If you want the soup to be pleasantly sour, then it is worth adding part of the pickle from cucumbers. It is important not to overdo it. It will be enough 1 cup.
Onions with carrots are first cut, and then fried in hot oil. Tomatoes are peeled and chopped. A small portion is sent to the pan to the carrots. The rest is left. Meanwhile, pickles are diced. And if their peel is quite thick and rough, then it must be completely removed. Greens are also very finely chopped.
Potato wedges are placed in the pan and 800 ml of boiling water are poured. The cucumbers are also laid there initially. On low heat they will have to cook for about 10 minutes. Only after this is added to the soup stew, tomatoes, spices and carrots fried with onions. However, if the taste of the pickle is not the same as we would like, you can pour in the pickle too. In this form, the soup is cooked for another 10 minutes. Then the fire is turned off, and greens are added to the pan. Serve pickle with stew can be with fresh and fat sour cream.
Bachelor casserole
Stew dishes are prepared quickly and easily, which even men can handle. Not without reason there is a very original recipe for a bachelor casserole, for which you need a can of stew (it would be nice to have a fat, pork option), a kilogram of potatoes, a couple of onion heads, butter, 2 eggs, as well as grated cheese, breadcrumbs (you can make it yourself using a blender) , mayonnaise and pepper and salt.
Boil potatoes (already without a peel). While this comes from the stew, a little fat is obtained and ground onion is fried on it, which is sprinkled on top with pepper, salt and crackers. The whole stew is added here. Thus, this mixture must be brought to a boil.
Once the potatoes have been cooked, mashed from it. At the same time, a little salted potato broth, butter and jelly, which was in the stew, intervene there. Half of the resulting mashed air is put in a greased and lined with breadcrumbs form. This is followed by a layer of stew and, finally, the second half of the puree is sent to the form.
You can cook the casserole in the oven and in the microwave. Therefore, the form goes there for 10-15 minutes. While preparing the casserole, in a separate bowl you need to beat mayonnaise, eggs, salt and various seasonings. With this dressing, pour hot casserole on top and specially in the potato make punctures with a knife or fork so that all layers of the stew are soaked in the fill. As soon as the casserole does not look “liquid” and the sauce sets a little, it is sprinkled with grated cheese and goes back to cook until the cheese turns into a pleasant golden crust.
