The breast is cut lengthwise into three strips, slightly beaten (best of all - with a wooden hammer or rolling pin, and even through polyethylene), poured with salted kefir and set aside. Half an hour is enough, but if there is time, wait longer. Flour is poured into one plate, breading into another, two eggs are slightly beaten in a bowl. A piece of chicken is dipped in flour, then in the season, and finally breaded in breadcrumbs. Frying in a pan is very fast, in fact, for a minute from each side, so that only the crust grabs. Cheese crust

According to this recipe, it is not necessary to soak chicken, it will turn out tender thanks to cheese. Any solid variety will do, although some housewives recommend tilsiter. For a third kilo of breast, a 50-gram slice is enough. The beaten strips of meat are poured, the cheese is rubbed and combined with two tablespoons of crackers (they should be noticeably less than cheese crumbs). Flour is poured into another bowl (two with a hill of spoons), and in the third, the egg is beaten. First, the meat is rolled in flour, then it is dipped in an egg, and then pressed on both sides of the cheese. Chicken breast is fried in a breading of cheese for three minutes on each side. If you don’t roll over, you have to wait a bit: it means that you hurried with the coup. Eat right away!

Here again, pickling is recommended. For a pound of chicken, an egg is taken and combined, a full spoon of good, thick tomato paste, as much water and salt as you see fit. The fillet is cut parallel to the table into flat plates, dipped well in the marinade and left for at least half an hour. If you plan to cook tomorrow - remove it in the cold.

Half a glass of nuts - not fried at all! - crushed not too finely and mixed with a third glass of flour. Pickled chicken falls into the resulting breading and leaves for a short time so that it sticks better. Before laying in a frying pan, the breaded chicken breast is slightly shaken so that extra nuts are sprinkled. The first side flashes for three minutes, the reverse for two.
