The medication "Aescusan." Instruction manual

The medicinal product “Eskuzan” is a product containing vitamin B1 (thiamine) and an extract obtained from horse chestnut fruits. This tool has a fairly large list of useful properties.

The medication “Eskuzan”, the instruction to which acquaints us with the positive effects provided by this drug, is able to have antioxidant and antiexudative, decongestant and venotonic, as well as capillaroprotective effects. The main component of horse chestnut is a substance that is part of the group of triterpene glycosides - escin. It is this component that stimulates the production of hormones by the adrenal cortex and increases the number of prostaglandins in the walls of blood vessels. As a result of these processes, a venotonic and capillaroprotective effect occurs.

Aescin normalizes the process of contraction of smooth muscles located in the walls of blood vessels, resulting in a decrease in their fragility, intensification of metabolic processes in tissues, and improvement of the state of capillaries. The ability of this active substance to reduce the activity of lysosomal enzymes and block the cleavage of mucopolysaccharides also favors the manifestation of capillary protective properties.

The medication “Eskuzan”, the instructions for which describe the main medicinal actions of the drug, can improve the conductivity of impulses of the vascular walls and reduce venous congestion. This property affects the increase in gaps in the valves of the veins. The drug has its anti-edematous effect due to the influence of escin, aimed at reducing the permeability of the plasma-lymphatic barrier and reducing the outflow of lymph.

The medication has the ability to reduce the number of electrolytes, water and compounds of a low molecular weight structure that have the ability to enter the space between cells. The antiexudative effect of the drug “Eskuzan” is based on its ability to enhance the processes of synthesis and release of prostaglandin.

Sterol compounds contained in horse chestnut reduce the severity of the expression of inflammatory processes. In addition, the drug is able to affect the foci of this pathology by reducing the migration of leukocytes and the permeability of the walls of blood vessels. Taking the drug “Eskuzan”, the instructions for which indicate the area of its use, can reduce the likelihood of blood clots, as well as atherosclerotic plaques.
