  4. Take care of the cream, which also must be chilled before smearing the cake. Whip 250 grams of cream of 33-35% fat with 150 grams of sugar and 250 grams of Mascarpone cheese.
  5. From the chilled dough, roll out a circle with a diameter slightly larger than the shape so that there is a margin for the sides, cut off the excess if necessary. Bake the cake in the oven at an average temperature of 15 minutes.
