5 minutes in salted boiling water and take out.
2. Eggplant (preferably young) - in the same slices.
3. Cut the chicken carcass into pieces, add a little salt.
4. Prepare red and yellow peppers, cut into rings.
5. Put the potatoes in an even layer on the form, on it - circles of eggplant, on top - rings of pepper (alternate red and yellow). Lay the “princess” of the dish - the chicken, with the last layer on the bed of vegetables.
6. Cover the meat with a mixture of crushed garlic, soy sauce, pepper, sour cream. Try to get some of the fill on the vegetables as well.
7. Send the form to the oven with a temperature of just over 200 degrees, the baked chicken will be ready in about an hour. The last third of the hour to cook, tightening the form with foil.

Hens baked in a sleeve can safely be included in the menu of people with various food restrictions. The dish has many faces: changing chicken "surroundings", you can achieve different, long-annoying tastes. For the traditional combination of meat and potatoes, stock up:
- chicken carcass
- 1 kg medium potato
- garlic
- oil
- couple of art. l mayonnaise
- three tbsp. l sour cream.
Getting started:
1. Prepare a mixture for rubbing chicken from oil, salt, crushed garlic and a small amount of red pepper. Beat everything thoroughly, grease the chicken carcass evenly.
2. Cut the potatoes into large pieces, season with sour cream and mayonnaise, crushed garlic, slightly salt and mix.
3. Pack the carcass in a plastic sleeve, cover with potato slices, bake a dish for about an hour and a half at a temperature of about 200 degrees.
