This will require:

  • Honey mushrooms - one and a half kilograms.
  • Cheese - three hundred and fifty grams.
  • Potato - one and a half kilograms.
  • Onion - five pieces.
  • Sour cream - four hundred milliliters.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Salt.
  • Butter.
  • Pepper.

Cooking process

Take the potatoes, wash it, cut the peel, rinse again, cut into half rings, the thickness of which should be three to four millimeters. Heat a large pan, pour vegetable oil, put potatoes, pour salt and ground pepper, stir and fry for about twenty minutes. Then put in a deep bowl.
