The most elementary way to cook it is to squeeze a glass of root juice from the root crops (you can, in principle, ready to use it, but it is better not to be lazy), mix it with a glass of sugar, two glasses of flour and a spoonful of soda, quenched with lemon juice. You can introduce cinnamon for the aroma, and raisins for the taste richness. The dough should be slightly thicker than for fritters. The moment when your lean cupcakes are ready is traditionally determined by a match or a toothpick.
Brazilian cupcake
If you use not juice, but the whole root crop, lean carrot cake, you get a bright juicy color, very soft and airy. It takes a quarter kilogram of vegetable. It should be cleaned, cut and passed through a blender. The resulting puree is whipped with sugar and refined sunflower oil (take a glass). Then, with continuous mixing, a glass with a slide of sifted flour, vanilla sugar (to taste, usually a bag) and a spoon of baking powder are poured into the mass. The dough is poured into molds (you can bake this lean carrot cake with a single pie - it rises perfectly anyway, only it will spend more time in the oven). The main thing is to allow the product to cool directly in the oven, otherwise it will take on the cut and will not be so delicious.

It is not difficult to prepare: in a bowl a glass of flour is mixed with an incomplete glass of sugar, two tablespoons with a hill of cocoa powder and two small baking powder are added. A glass of hot water is poured; the dough is thoroughly kneaded. An indicator of the sufficiency of this action will be the absence of sugar grains in the mass and its even light chocolate color. Finally, pour the vegetable oil (three tablespoons), and the dough is stirred again. The recipe described above can be somewhat complicated - and get even more seductive pastries. It will require almost a pound of frozen cherry. The berries should be poured into a colander, which is placed on a bowl so that the juice released during thawing collects in it. If it turns out less than a glass, you should add warm water. Two glasses of flour are sifted into another bowl with two tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a glass of sugar and one spoon of baking powder. Then two tablespoons of liquid honey, cherry juice and half a glass of odorless sunflower oil are poured into this mixture. You can add vanilla sugar or cinnamon. When the mass becomes smooth, berries are poured into it: you can whole, you can in the form of mashed potatoes (then you will first have to use a meat grinder or a blender). In a large form, a lean chocolate muffin with a cherry will stand in the oven for about 50 minutes; in small ones - about 20. It is recommended to remove the product already completely cooled.

It is mixed with a stack of tangerine juice, two tablespoons of vegetable oil - and poured into a glass of sifted flour, where a spoon of soda or a bag of baking powder is added. All is well kneaded. Lenten date muffin in a slow cooker
It will delight those who are not stingy with these fruits. For the test, first the oil (naturally lean, a little less than half a glass) is combined with 150 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Next, pour a half glass of cold (required!) Water, add quenched soda (half a spoon) and three tablespoons of cocoa powder. Everything is whipped with a mixer with the gradual addition of two glasses of sifted flour. Dried dates get rid of seeds and finely chopped, and then poured into a bowl. Once again, the dough is kneaded, poured into a greased bowl, and the crock-pot, included in the baking mode for an hour, is left alone. The aroma and taste of products is unforgettable!
