  • some vinegar;
  • 260-270 g of flour;
  • 30-35 g of cocoa + tablespoon for glaze;

Beat kefir and eggs with a mixer. Pour sugar and mix until it is completely dissolved. In a tablespoon, extinguish soda with vinegar and put in the dough. Add melted chocolate. A pie cooked in a slow cooker on yogurt with apples is incredibly fragrant. This is a simple and at the same time very tasty dessert that will surely appeal to all your households. For him, you should take:

  • 210 g sugar;
  • 1.25 cups kefir;
  • 4-5 g of soda;
  • half a pack of oil;
  • a pound of flour;
  • egg;
  • a couple of large apples;
  • 7-8 g of cinnamon.

First, combine kefir with soda in a bowl. Let the mixture stand for 6-7 minutes. During this time, she will gain oxygen and give bubbles. Put slices of melted butter and sugar in another bowl. Grind thoroughly, then pour kefir. Lay the egg and beat thoroughly with a blender. Reduce power, add flour to the dough in portions. Wash the apples thoroughly, peel them from seeds and seed boxes, chop into thin slices. Put the prepared fruit on the bottom of the oiled bowl, spread the dough on top.   • 0.45 kg of cabbage;
  • 3 eggs;
  • incomplete glass of flour;
  • onion;

  • 3 g of soda;
  • 40-45 ml rast. oils.

Take kefir from the refrigerator and leave it on the table for a while so that it warms up. Free the onion from the husk, wash and chop into thin half rings. Chop cabbage, add salt and knead thoroughly with your hands. Thanks to this procedure, the cabbage will let the juice and become softer.

In a slow cooker, you can easily cook a kefir fish pie. For the recipe you will need:

  • 0.4 l of low-fat kefir;
  • 45 g mayonnaise;
  • 420 g flour;
  • a pair of eggs + two more for the filling;
  • 6-7 g of salt;
  • 5 g of soda;
  • a pound of fish fillet;
  • large onion;
  • 30 ml rust oils;
  • several branches of fresh herbs;
  • 1 g of pepper.

First you need to prepare the dough so that it has time to brew while we make the filling. So, in a bowl combine kefir and soda, mix. After 10 minutes, add two eggs, mayonnaise and add to the mass. At low power, beat everything with a mixer for about a minute, introduce portioned sifted flour. Set the dough aside.

Peel the onion, rinse and chop finely. Sauter in vegetable oil until a light golden hue appears. Wash the fish, cut it into slices and fry in another pan for 6-7 minutes. Boil 2 eggs, peel and chop. Wash and chop greens. In a large bowl, combine the sautéed onions, fish fillet, chopped eggs and greens. Salt and pepper the filling.

  • 1 ¼ cup kefir;
  • 5 eggs;

  • 145 g flour;

  • a couple of eggs;
