When all the products are in place, you can get to work and prepare the Spartak cake. The classic recipe usually begins with baking cakes:
- In a heat-resistant container, collect eggs, honey, cocoa, sugar and butter, and then put it on fire. As soon as the components dissolve, introduce soda. Heat for 7 minutes.
- Then turn off the fire, and pour flour into the container and mix everything thoroughly.
- Separately, make the final dough on the table. It should be a little sticky.
- Roll the resulting mass into a tourniquet and divide it into 10 equal parts.

11. The last stage is the assembly of the product. Cakes should be laid out on top of each other, smearing them with cream. From above, glaze over the structure from all sides.
It will turn out a very delicious Spartak cake. The classic recipe is quite simple, but requires a certain amount of time.
Similar option
Almost every dish can be prepared in different ways. This statement fully applies to cakes. For Spartak, a biscuit recipe is also perfect. True, in this case the cake itself will be completely different.
Cream and glaze can be left unchanged, and for baking cakes, use the simplest option. Only required:
150 grams of flour half a cup of sugar and 5 eggs. If desired, you can add a little vanilla.
The process should be conducted as follows:
- Separate the yolks from the proteins and then combine them with flour.
- Beat whites with sugar in a thick foam. To save time, the whole egg can be used.
- Combine both masses and make the final kneading. Proteins are best added gradually, in small parts so that they do not settle.
- Put the dough in a mold processed from the inside with vegetable oil and send to the oven. There should already be 150 degrees.
After 30 minutes, the biscuit will be ready. But it will be possible to remove it from the form only after 7-10 minutes. After cooling, it must be carefully cut lengthwise into several short cakes. The rest of the technique remains the same. A biscuit recipe significantly reduces baking time. This is also important.
National adjustments
Each nation has its own priorities in food. And they even make the same dish in different ways. For example, Ukrainian housewives have their own ideas on how to make a Spartak cake.
To do this, they will need:
For the test:
a glass of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 50 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, 450 milliliters of milk, 1 egg, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, and a teaspoon of vinegar and soda.
For custard:
300 grams of animal oil, half a liter of milk, a glass of sugar and 60 grams of flour.
This is usually done like this:
- In a spacious container, collect milk, honey, egg, butter and sugar together. Put the dishes in a water bath and heat until the components are completely dissolved.
- After that, add soda with vinegar and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove the container from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Add to the total mass of cocoa with flour and replace the dough.
- Put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- To prepare the cream, place the ingredients (except oil) in a pan and put it on fire. Continue heating with constant stirring until thickened.
- Put oil in a hot mixture and beat well.
- The finished dough is divided into several parts. Each of them, one by one, is rolled into a pancake and baked in the oven at 180 degrees. One cake will take no more than 5-8 minutes.
Now it remains only to collect all the blanks in a pile and smear them with the prepared cream.
Non-standard option
It will be very interesting if you make a cake from Spartak mastic. This option is not quite familiar, but rather interesting. In this case, the glaze can be replaced with mastic.
To prepare it you need to have:
for every 200 grams of condensed milk, 15 grams of lemon juice and 160 grams of powdered milk and powdered sugar.
You can do the mastic as follows:
- In a clean bowl, combine the powder with milk powder.
- Form the mixture in the form of a slide, and then make a small depression on top.
- Pour the condensed milk there and start mixing the mastic. Add lemon juice dropwise. The finished mass should not stick to your hands. Otherwise, you need to add more powder.
Before use, the finished mass must be rolled out using a rolling pin on a cutting board into a thin layer. It can be given any shape. It remains only to cover the surface of the cake with this semi-finished product like a blanket. Usually mastic turns out cream color. To give it the right shade, you just need to introduce food coloring at the kneading stage.
