For a large serving you will need:

  • half a kilogram of mushrooms and fresh potatoes;
  • large onion;
  • dill, parsley, other herbs to taste;
  • oil, salt and pepper.

Fresh mushrooms should be peeled (especially pay attention to the legs and the back of the hats, there may be earth), and then rinse with water. Then cut the ingredient into large pieces, small ones are not necessary - mushrooms during frying are reduced several times. Peel the potatoes, then chop in slices or slices - do as you like. Chop the onion in half rings or chop finely.

Now pour a large enough portion of vegetable oil into the pan, let it heat, and then put the potatoes. Fry for 5-7 minutes, depending on how big your slices are, stirring occasionally - the halves can stick to the pan. Next, add the onion, also fry for about 5 minutes . And then lay out the main and most delicious ingredient - porcini mushrooms. Stir, salt and sprinkle with black pepper, cover and cook over medium heat for a quarter hour or 20 minutes. This dish is a variant of the previous one, but it is a little more complicated to prepare - mushrooms and potatoes this time will be stewed in sour cream. Take:

  • 200 g of fresh porcini mushrooms and the same amount of potatoes;
  • onion half;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, vegetable oil, a tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Prepare the ingredients: peel and cut the potatoes into slices or slices, wash the porcini mushrooms and also peel them from the ground, chop them coarsely, chop onions finely or chop them into half rings. Now put the potatoes in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil, fry for 5-7 minutes, add onions, mix and cook for 5 minutes as well. It’s the turn of the mushrooms - put them in a frying pan, stir and fry for a quarter of an hour under the lid over medium heat. Try potatoes, if the vegetable is a little hard, the cooking time can be increased by 5-10 minutes.

To do this, take 3-4 tablespoons of the ingredient (sour cream), mix with a tablespoon of flour and spices to taste - you can take fresh or dry herbs. This sauce must be poured into the pan 5 minutes before the end of cooking, and then simmer over low heat. The dish will turn out incredibly fragrant, delicate and delicious.
