Easy and simple: prepare fried zucchini

Fried zucchini with garlic is very simple to make, probably even too simple, because in order to get a tasty dish, you only need to have a few zucchini, frying oil and garlic. Even a beginner can handle a similar cooking process. The most important thing here is not to overexpose them on the stove, otherwise the old vegetables will burn and dry, but the young ones just fall apart in a pan.

It should be noted that it is necessary to remove the peel of old fruits and, if necessary, remove the seeds (if the vegetable is very old and has firm enough seeds), but young zucchini can be fried in the peel, even necessary, because it will not let the pulp fall apart.

Another point is that you can’t leave such a dish the next day, the fried zucchini softens and turns into a kind of porridge, so I don’t want to eat them anymore. It is better to do it once, and if necessary, you can buy vegetables and cook more.

So, fried zucchini with garlic can be served with meat, just eat as a separate dish with sauce (mayonnaise or sour cream), or you can offer boiled cereals. In any case, it turns out very tasty and healthy.

Cooking Fried Zucchini: Recipe

If you have never cooked such a dish, start with a small amount, for example, with one zucchini. Here is a list of ingredients: one young vegetable, a quarter cup of flour, frying oil, salt and dill, 5 cloves of garlic.

Zucchini should be washed and peeled (if the old vegetable), then it must be cut into circles no thicker than a centimeter. Fold everything in a bowl and salt, be sure to mix for even salting. Leave the vegetables for a while in a bowl so that the liquid that is released is a little glass, so the oil will β€œshoot” less when frying.

Pour flour into a bowl and roll each circle before putting it on a preheated frying pan with butter. Fry until golden brown. If you are not sure about the readiness of the vegetables, just prick them with a knife or fork. If the zucchini is soft at the edges (it is always denser near the peel), then you can get it - the vegetable is fried. Put a few napkins on a convenient plate and lay the finished fried zucchini on it - a similar technique will remove excess oil.

Now you need to peel the garlic from the husk and crush it well, you can pass through a press or grate it with a fine-grained grater. Mix the resulting mixture with sour cream or mayonnaise. Now serve zucchini with garlic sauce.

Here is another recipe for a little unusual, but nonetheless easy to make zucchini.

For cooking, take 3-4 vegetables, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of flour and a bunch of dill. Do not forget about frying oil, as well as garlic, you will also need a few ripe tomatoes. Stuffing will give the dish an unusual appearance, it will be processed cheese and mayonnaise.

For this snack, it is recommended to take already ripe zucchini, they need to be peeled and peeled. Cut into a thickness of not more than a centimeter and fry as in the previous recipe.

Cheese should be grated, add chopped or minced garlic, chopped dill and mayonnaise to it, mix well. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into rings.

When the squash drains a little on a napkin, they need to be laid out on a plate as follows: a circle of tomato, and on top a circle of zucchini. In the middle, put a little stuffing and slightly press down with a spoon, do the same with the rest of the fried vegetables. The finished dish is decorated with parsley leaves and served on a festive or casual table.

It is better to eat such an appetizer right away, because the tomato will very quickly produce juice, which will begin to soften the squash.
