The preliminary preparation of "minced meat" for tortillas takes some time, so the baking mass can be made in the evening and put in the refrigerator. Products:
- long grain rice - 0.5 cups or 1 sachet;

Operating procedure:

Sauce making
Products:
- fresh mushrooms (champignons) - 300 grams;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- green onions - 100 grams;
- flour - 2 tablespoons;
- water - 150-180 ml;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- walnuts - 1 tablespoon;
- salt.
Operating procedure:
- In vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour in flour, salt, pepper and chopped nuts and simmer for 1-2 minutes while stirring.
- Pour in water and bring to a consistency of thick sour cream.
