As spices, you can use curry, paprika, cardamom or other seasonings that you have available.

In this case, the quail is not baked whole, they need to be cut into smaller parts, put in a bowl where you need to add a little soy sauce, vegetable or olive oil, honey and all other spices, salt. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside until the remaining products are prepared.
