"Soursop" or sauasep is a plant from the Annon family. Outwardly, it looks like a tree (small in height) with a broad leaf cover and large fruits covered with needles. It grows in Central and South America, on Bermuda and the Bahamas, in India, Australia, and South China. The smooth leaves of this plant are quite large and have a light green color below, and dark green above. They are characterized by a strong bright aroma. Soursop has large fruits with a width of fifteen centimeters, and a length of about thirty-five centimeters. The weight of one fetus sometimes reaches seven kilograms. However, in the vastness of the former USSR, this name has a slightly different meaning. This is the name of an airy, magnificent, melting charlotte with apples in my mouth. Sour cream in this case is a key ingredient. Thanks to her, the dish turns out to be light and very delicate in taste. In this article, we will describe how to prepare a "sour cream".

In general, charlotte is a dish of French cuisine, for the preparation of which white bread, liquor and custard are used. But with us this dish is interpreted and cooked in a different way. So, for example, very often carrots, apples, sour cream are taken as ingredients, which are ground to a state of homogeneous mass. Even the recipe for charlotte dough has a bit of βRussianβ roots. When mixing, kefir, mayonnaise or sour cream is added to it. It is believed that the latter makes charlotte lighter and more airy. On the preparation of such a test, we will describe below.
So, charlotte on sour cream, or "sour cream". We will need: one glass of sugar, the same amount of flour and sour cream, one egg, half a teaspoon of soda, three to five medium apples. In the bowl, break the egg. Add bulk ingredients and sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly. The dough should turn out a little liquid. Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
In a greased form with vegetable oil, put half of the prepared apples, and pour the dough on top. Spread the rest of the apples and again pour the dough. We bake for about forty minutes, periodically checking that the sour cream does not burn.
The following method is surprising for many housewives. Indeed, the list of ingredients includes a product not quite traditional for sweet pastries - mayonnaise. However, do not be afraid. The dough is surprisingly light, tender, incredibly tasty and takes on a special piquancy. So, let's take half a glass of homemade sour cream, the same amount of mayonnaise (the proportions can be changed, depending on the desired amount of the finished dish),
one glass of brown sugar, one egg, one glass of sifted wheat flour, one teaspoon of baking powder for dough.
Mix all the ingredients until we get a solid mass. Prepare the apples, as in the previous recipe. Then put them in a suitable baking dish, pre-oiled. Next, fill it with dough and cook for about half an hour - forty minutes at a temperature of one hundred eighty degrees.
Enjoy your meal!
