The method of preparation of canned champignons with onions:

  1. First you need to select the same size mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly under running water and dry on a towel.
  2. In a small saucepan, collect water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Pour mushrooms into the pan and blanch them for five minutes.
  4. Throw the champignons on a sieve and lower them into cold water.
  5. Peel the onions from the husks, the upper layer and cut into thin half rings.
  6. We collect clean water and bring it to a boil.
  7. Add salt and bay leaf.
  8. Boil for about 10 minutes and filter the resulting brine.
  9. Now gradually pour the table vinegar, mix and give the brine time to brew.
  10. We sterilize the jars, transfer the champignons into them, add onion half rings and a little pepper with peas.
  11. Sprinkle with ground pepper and pour the brine so that it completely covers the contents of the jar.
  12. We close the containers with lids and put in a saucepan with hot water.
  13. After 15 minutes, remove them, and that's it - the pickled mushrooms are ready!

  • pepper;
  • oregano;
  • olive oil.

Chicken breast with canned mushrooms goes well with pasta or boiled rice.

  1. We wash the chicken breast in warm water, dry it with a paper towel and cut into portions.
  2. We heat the pan, pour in a little olive oil and fry the chicken pieces until a ruddy and appetizing crust forms.

  • processed cheese - 200 grams;
  • tomato paste or ketchup - 125 grams;
  • olives - 8-10 pcs.
