First stage of cooking
A roll of yeast dough with cottage cheese is prepared in several steps. The process begins with the preparation of the test. To do this, you need the following ingredients:
- 0.5 kilograms of flour;
- 1 egg
- 230 ml of milk;
- 70 grams of granulated sugar;
- 30 grams of dry yeast;

Take the middle bowl, sift the flour into it. So the baking is more tender, soft and airy. In addition, sifting helps to get rid of unnecessary lumps. For the test, only the highest grades of flour, fine grinding and preferably a well-established brand are used.
Pour milk into a small pan and put on medium heat for just one minute, then set aside. Pour the contents into a deep bowl and check the temperature. In no case should the milk be hot, because then the yeast can clot and the dough will not work.
We cut the yeast into pieces and send to milk, gently stirring with a tablespoon, completely dilute them.
Put the margarine on a cutting board and cut into small portions with a knife. To make the roll from yeast dough with cottage cheese successful, set margarine aside to warm to room temperature (this is an important condition for baking).
In a bowl with milk and yeast, add sugar, salt, an egg. There we will send already heated slices of margarine. Using a whisk, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Then add the flour in small portions and immediately beat the dough to avoid the formation of lumps. When the mass becomes thick, we will remove the inventory and we will knead the dough with our hands until it is dense and stops sticking.
