On a baking sheet (do not forget to grease with oil) put the cabbage, pour a mixture of eggs and milk and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cook a quarter of an hour. After the specified time, remove the form from the oven and serve the dish to the table, sprinkled with grated cheese and decorated with slices of fresh tomato.
Recipe for cauliflower with egg and sour cream for a slow cooker
You will need the following ingredients:
- half a kilogram of cauliflower;
- onion medium size;
- 2 tbsp. l any sour cream;
- 4 cups of water (referring to a special glass attached to the slow cooker);
- some mustard;
- 100 grams of cheese like Parmesan;
- 1 chicken egg;
- bay leaf and spices.
Wash the cabbage and sort it into inflorescences by removing the hard stump. Put the vegetables in the slow cooker - in the steam compartment, add 4 cups of water, salt, put the bay leaf. Close the lid and set the "Steaming" mode, after 25 minutes the vegetables will be ready. Next, proceed to the second stage: finely chop, and then spasser the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Mix sour cream with the egg, add a little salt and mustard. Put the boiled cauliflower and onions in the multicooker bowl, fill with sour cream sauce, generously sprinkle with cheese and cook in the βBakingβ mode for half an hour.
Cauliflower recipe with egg, minced meat and tomatoes
To prepare a delicious dinner, remove from your inventory:
- head of cauliflower;
- 250 g of minced meat of your choice;
- 1 onion and carrot;
- 3 ripe fleshy tomatoes;
- eggs - 5 pcs.;
- 100 g of cheese grated;
- half a glass of milk;
- some herbs and spices.
Wash and divide the cabbage into inflorescences, removing the hardest part, and then put on a baking sheet. Take:
- 500-700 g of cauliflower - 1 medium forks;
