This simple recipe will require you to have:

  • pieces of veal pulp weighing about 2.5 kg;
  • cloves, garlic, salt, thyme;
  • a small amount of oil - about three tablespoons;
  • half a pack of high fat cream (150 ml, 33%).

Wash a piece of veal, dry. In a bowl, mix olive oil with salt. Spread the mixture with meat. Make small cuts on the surface of the piece. Peel the garlic, cut into thin strips and stuff the meat. Insert the buds of cloves into the same cuts. To make the meat juicy and sufficiently salty inside, it can be pumped with saline from a syringe. Leave a piece for an hour and a half to marinate a little. Then preheat the oven. Put the meat in a mold. The temperature is 220 degrees. Bake veal in the oven for 15 minutes! Then reduce the heat to 180 degrees and keep the meat for another 1.5 hours. If your piece is larger or smaller than indicated in the proportions of the recipe, change the time. Each kilogram is a plus of 30-40 minutes. Determine the readiness with a sharp knife - when pierced, the meat juice should be transparent. If the sucrose stands out, then bake the veal in the oven for another half an hour. Once the meat is baked, turn off the oven, but do not remove the piece for another 15 minutes. During this time, you will have time to prepare the sauce. In a pan, heat the cream to a boil. Pour in them all the liquid that has formed in the baking sheet for meat. Stir, boil for three minutes. Remove the meat from the oven, pour cream. Serve the dish with any side dish. Cut the veal into portions and arrange on plates.

To prepare this dish, you need the ingredients:

  • a piece of veal pulp weighing about 1.5 kg;
  • prunes - about 300 grams (about 25 pieces);
  • carrots - 1 medium-sized piece;
  • onion - 1 large head;
  • mutton fat - about 50 grams;
  • garlic - 1 small head;
  • bay leaf, pepper and salt.

1st step

Rinse the prunes. Throw it in a colander to drain excess water. Peel the carrots, chop it on a grater with cubes. Chop the onion into half rings. Cut the garlic into strips.
