Surely, all lovers of the so-called offal will like these dishes. For example, the recipe for oil seals from the liver with rice is simple to implement, but the dish turns out to be tasty and tender. It can be a good decoration for any table: both festive and everyday. In addition, the recipe for oil seals from the liver with rice does not require serious qualifications or long trips to supermarkets and markets from the hostess: all ingredients are available and are relatively inexpensive. Seals from the liver with rice. The main recipe
We will need to prepare a dish: a glass of rice (you can take almost any one, the main one is qualitative - we went round), a kilogram of pork liver, 1 onion, a pound of fat net (actually omentum), half a glass of sour cream, a little vegetable oil, spices and salt, a bit ketchup.
Simple cooking!
Cooking does not take much time:
- Boil rice until half cooked. We wash the liver thoroughly and remove the film from it. The offal can be scrolled in a meat grinder, but some hostesses will prefer to chop finely-finely.
- Peel the onion, chop, fry in vegetable oil until golden.
- Mix everything together, adding spices with salt. Now we have the stuffing ready. We proceed to the next steps.
- A fat net (in fact, an omentum) is laid out on a board and cut into small rectangles.
- In each piece of the network we put a couple of spoons of minced meat prepared earlier and wrap it like pancakes. It should turn out to be a cue ball covered in a net.
- In a large good frying pan (preferably with a non-stick coating), thoroughly heat the vegetable oil. Fry our "patties" - first put on the pan with the seam down - on both sides, until they are browned.
- In principle, they are already ready, and for those who like rosy and fried, this is it.
- And for those who like to put out: we put already fried oil seals in a saucepan and add sour cream and ketchup. Bring to a boil (the liquid should cover the product) and simmer for another 10-15 minutes on low heat. Thus, additional softness and juiciness of the dish is achieved. We serve the dish as a separate dish (it is also possible with a side dish) - hot, decorated with greens.

Lungs plus liver
You can cook this dish (a recipe for oil seals from the liver with rice is given below) with the participation of another entrails, for example, a lung.
We need: a pound of veal liver, grams of three hundred lungs, onions, a couple of cloves of garlic, rice - 0.5 kilograms, pork fat network, oil and spices. For a side dish this time, take a young potato and dill:
- We wash offal in running water.
- Cut them into small pieces. Cut onion and garlic. We pass everything through a meat grinder.
- We add sour cream and spices to the minced meat, mix thoroughly together with boiled rice.
- We put the fat net in the bowl, in the middle of the bag 2 tablespoons of minced meat, then cut the net along the contour of the dishes, collect the edges together, twist and put them in a knot down on a frying pan with a well-heated butter.
- Fry oil seals on low heat, with a lid closed.
- We put the fried oil seals in a pan and pour the sauce, which is prepared from the juice formed from the frying.
- Pour cream or sour cream, plus a little water, add salt, pepper and let it boil for 10 minutes over low heat in a skillet where the oil seals were fried.
- Boil the young potatoes or bake in the oven and serve as a side dish, sprinkling the dish with odorous branches of dill.
