  1. First, cut the fish fillet into longitudinal pieces.
  2. We peel the potatoes and cook until half ready.
  3. We divide the champignons into thick plates, grind the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Cut red pepper into two halves, remove the core and seeds, and then finely chop.
  5. Add pepper to the pan and simmer vegetables for 10 minutes.
  6. Then fry the fish fillet until crusted and remove from heat.
  7. Drain the potatoes and cut them into large slices.
  8. Put potatoes, fish and fried peppers, mushrooms and onions in pots.
  9. Pour all the ingredients with cream, salt and pepper our dish.
  10. Cover the pots with a lid and send to bake for 20-25 minutes.

The final dish should be sprinkled with herbs, you can use frozen, and add a couple of lemon slices for flavor.

Ingredients:

  • zander - 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 550 grams;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • seasonings for fish;
  • purple onion - 1 pc.;
  • margarine - 50 grams;
  • processed cheese with any taste, for example, with mushrooms, boiled pork or herbs - 175 grams.

So that the smell of fish does not remain in the pots, they must be poured with cold water before cooking and left in this state for 20 minutes.

The following steps in the recipe:

  1. First of all, we cut off the excess parts of the carcass.
  2. Wash it in warm water from dirt and dry it with paper napkins.
  3. Starting from the ridge, divide the fish into rectangular pieces, then rub the seasonings into it and transfer to a clean bowl.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large slices.
  5. Peel the onion and divide into thin rings.
  6. We heat the frying pan, add a little margarine and fry the rings.
  7. We cover the baking sheet with special paper, put the pots and begin to fill them.
  8. Initially, drop the potatoes, then the fish slices and then the onions.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and seasonings, garnish with grated cheese and cover the pots with a lid.
  10. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 70-80 minutes.

Before serving the fish in a pot of potatoes on the table, it should be decorated with slices of lemon and a sprig of basil or parsley. As an additive, you can use garlic, mushroom or tomato sauce.
