And a few rules at the end. Firstly, constantly monitor your hygiene. Take a shower at least once every two days. Keep your crotch clean. But you should not abuse soap and shampoo. The alkalis and other reagents contained in them can sometimes cause severe irritation of already inflamed skin with frequent use. Secondly, urgent need to change toilet paper. Get a couple rolls of soft, uncoated paper. Thirdly, you need to change your underwear synthetic to cotton or linen. Try to wear loose shorts or sweatpants at home instead of your favorite jeans.
