  3. Cut the horse meat into medium-sized pieces, send to a pot and simmer for a quarter of an hour over low heat, then add chopped parsley and mix.

Stages of preparation:

This dish of national Tatar cuisine is cooked in a pot in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • horse meat fillet - 1 kg;
  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • onion - 2 medium-sized onions;
  • vegetable oil;

  • Bay leaf.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Cut horse meat with long thick ribbons (about 5 cm wide), peeled potatoes - rather thin slices.
  2. Fry the meat in a frying pan in vegetable oil until light brown, but do not fry.
  3. Place pieces of horsemeat in a ceramic heat-resistant pot, on top of a plate of potato. Pour boiled warm water so that it covers the potatoes. Throw the lavrushka, salt and pepper. Other spices can be added to taste.
  4. Do not cover the pot with a lid and send it to a cold oven. Light the strongest fire, wait for the contents of the pot to boil and simmer at 200 ° C for another hour.
  5. Cut the onions in half rings and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil in a pan where the meat was fried.
  6. Remove the pot from the stove, pour the broth from it into the pan. This broth can be served with meat in bowls, seasoned with black pepper and green onions.
