This dish will appeal to everyone, even those who do not really like cottage cheese in its purest form. They are very simple to make, and they are eaten very quickly. For this dish you need the following ingredients: 200 grams of flour, salt, sugar, 400 grams of cottage cheese, half a spoonful of baking powder, a spoonful of vanilla sugar, two eggs. Grate chilled margarine on a coarse grater. Add it to the flour and knead until crumbs. Add cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar to this mixture. Stir thoroughly. Form a ball of dough, cover it with foil and place in the refrigerator for half an hour. Roll out the dough into a very thin layer, which is generously sprinkled with sugar. Cut a circle into triangles, roll bagels from them. Place on a baking sheet that has been pre-oiled with butter. For the filling, you can use not only pure sugar, but also sugar with nuts or cinnamon. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees. Bagels can be greased with egg or water with sugar, then they will turn golden. Now they are ready, you can serve for tea.

Curd bagels: the third recipe

It will require: 1-2 packs of cottage cheese, one hundred grams of vegetable oil and butter or margarine, 30 grams of yeast, a glass of milk, 4 cups flour, four tablespoons of sugar. You can take only a pack of cottage cheese, then you get a curd aftertaste, and if you take two, then you get cottage cheese bagels. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, melt the margarine, pour it into milk, add vegetable oil, sugar, flour and knead the dough. For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with sugar. Roll the dough into roll, divide into parts, each of which roll into a round layer. Cut it into triangles, lay out the filling, roll the bagels. Bake thirty minutes at 200 degrees.
