Camembert cheese is a cheese with a white crust that forms a very useful fungus. This product can only be purchased if it is made in the French Normandy region. In addition to the excellent natural taste of cheese, it can become a unique addition to any dish: a filling for pies, the basis for snacks and salads, as well as an ingredient in a meat or fish dish.
Breakfast can start with original toasts. Dry the bread, anoint it with a little butter, put a slice of low-fat ham, then a circle of dried apple. You can start the morning with a nutritious and original omelet, which is very simple to prepare . Roll each cube in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry the appetizer on all sides until a delicious crust appears. Serving is recommended only hot. In order to get rid of excess fat, you can put the finished cubes on paper towels.
For children's snacks, Camembert buns will be an excellent dish. Finely chop the cheese (100 g) and one sweet apple. Stir the ingredients by adding 2 large tablespoons of fatty cottage cheese and a little grated Parmesan. Cut long buns to make a pocket. Put the filling in them and bake the dish in a preheated oven for 5-6 minutes.
Camembert cheese can be added to hot dishes to give them a special piquancy. Very tasty will be the bird "Original". One chicken breast cut lengthwise into three parts and beat off carefully. Sprinkle a little pepper and salt on each slice. We prepare a filling of 80 grams of chopped cheese and a bunch of chopped parsley. Sprinkle each chop with a mixture, wrap with a roll, stab with toothpicks, dip in a beaten egg and roll well in a breading. Next, fry the dish under the lid over low heat until cooked. You can simply put all the rolls in a mold and bake in the oven for thirty-five minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Warm salads with camembert have unique taste and healthy qualities. Dismantle half a head of cauliflower into inflorescences, cut a green apple and a small zucchini (200 grams) into slices, and simply grossly tear 250 g of chard leaves with your hands. Put the ingredients in a beautiful salad bowl and make a hot sauce. Cut Camembert cheese (125 grams) into a cube and put in a deep pan, add 3 large spoons of sour cream and mayonnaise to it, warm well. Do not boil the mixture in any case. At the end, add a little lemon juice and pour the hot sauce into the salad bowl. Stir thoroughly, sprinkle with chopped parsley and almonds.
Camembert is also great for regular salads. Cut a bunch of celery stalks into strips, chop finely 100 g of greens, grind cheese into cubes, and make boats out of grapes, be sure to remove the grains. Add to the ingredients a jar of canned red beans. Season the salad with salt and olive oil.
