  • 700 grams of potatoes;
  • 300 grams of minced meat;
  • 50 ml of kefir;
  • one chicken egg;
  • four tablespoons of flour;
  • four tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • two onions;
  • salt;
  • spice;
  • dill and parsley.

It will take about an hour and a half to prepare potato pancakes with meat. From the listed amount of ingredients should be 10-12 pieces.

To get the dish, use several tricks from experienced chefs. For example, in order to bake the minced meat as much as possible, it is recommended to fry it in advance with herbs and onions.

For potato pancakes, take a deep container, break an egg into it and pour kefir. Sift the flour carefully. After adding spices and salt, mix everything thoroughly. Grate the potato on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess liquid and transfer to a bowl with flour and egg.

We grease the baking sheet with sunflower oil, put the potato dough in the form of fritters on it. Spread the layer of minced meat on top, and then another potato layer.

  • 500 grams of raw potatoes;
  • 300 grams of pork;
  • three onions;
  • 50 grams of wheat flour;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • 50 grams of ketchup (you can replace it with tomato paste if desired);
  • one chicken egg;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • butter to grease the pots themselves;
  • ground black pepper and salt to taste.

We start cooking by rubbing the potatoes on a fine grater, and then add two tablespoons of flour to the resulting mass, break one egg, pepper and salt. If necessary, you can add a pinch of soda. Mix everything thoroughly.

We form pancakes from this mixture, which we fry until crisp. In parallel, fry the pork in another pan, after cutting it into small pieces. As soon as the meat is browned, finely chopped onions should be added, pepper and salt. When the onion is browned, pour in ketchup and sour cream, simmer for about five minutes under a closed lid.

We grease the pots with butter, put the potato pancakes in the first layer, meat with sauce on top, then potato pancakes again, and then the sauce again. We put the pots in the preheated oven for half an hour. Bake at 180 degrees.

Before serving, allow the dish to cool slightly.

For those who do not like to spend too much time in the kitchen, but want to try real Belarusian draniki, there is a way out. You can cook lazy potato pancakes with meat. They are made even faster and easier than ordinary ones. In this case, the dish is fried in a pan.

For this recipe you must have on hand:

  • six potatoes;
  • 250 grams of minced meat;
  • two onions;
  • one chicken egg;
  • one teaspoon of salt;
  • a pinch of ground black pepper.

How to quickly make lazy pancakes

It doesn't take a lot of time to cook lazy potato pancakes. We clean the potatoes and pass through a meat grinder. If you want, you can rub it on a coarse grater, so you will spend a little more time.

Rub the onion on a fine grater and add to the stuffing. By the way, you can take any stuffing - pork, beef or mixed. Most experienced chefs and housewives are inclined to believe that the ideal option is to take a mixture of pork and ground beef, this should turn out to be tastiest. In the minced meat with onion, break the egg, add salt, pepper, and, if desired, other spices that we like best. Mix everything thoroughly.

In a pan, you need to heat up sunflower oil, only after that carefully spread the potato and meat mass, forming neat pancakes from it. Fry potato pancakes on both sides.
