Bean and beef salad .
Ingredients:
for one can of beans you need 350 grams of boiled beef, 3 fresh cucumbers, a fifth of a loaf of white bread (3-4 thick slices) or a large pack of crackers ("Kirieshki", "Crunch" or "Vorontsov" - it does not matter, but preferably rye ), 2 cloves of garlic.
If you want to serve this salad warm (instead of the second course for lunch), serve until the meat has cooled, and make the crackers yourself. Take slices of white bread, cut into slices, and fry until golden brown with garlic cloves. To make the cucumbers look appetizing in the salad, cut them into strips, and boiled beef in small cubes. Season with mayonnaise.
