To bake mushrooms in the oven, you should make a lot of effort. After all, there are a huge number of recipes on how to cook such delicate and fleshy mushrooms. Today we will consider the simplest and most affordable way of cooking, which does not require large expenses, as well as a long stay in the kitchen.
How to bake mushrooms in the oven
Essential Ingredients:
- fresh chicken fillet - 100 g;
- table salt - 0.5 dessert spoon;
- fresh greens (parsley, dill) - 1 bunch;
- high fat mayonnaise - 110 g;
- hard cheese - 130 g;
- allspice - a few pinches;
- fresh and large champignons - 250 g;
- vegetable oil - 15 ml (for frying);
- small onion, sweet - 1 pc.
Mushroom processing
Before baking mushrooms in the oven, you should prepare all the main ingredients. To do this, take 250 g of mushrooms with intact hats, wash them well and carefully remove the legs. Throwing them away is not worth it, as they are still useful.
Filling process
You can bake mushrooms in the oven in different ways. However, we decided to show you the most beautiful and fastest method. It consists in filling the mushroom caps with aromatic minced meat. Such a filling is prepared as follows: it is necessary to rinse the chicken meat in cool water, clean it of bones, skin and cartilage, and then grind it in a meat grinder along with the legs of mushrooms and a small onion. Further, the ingredients need to be thoroughly mixed, seasoned with red pepper and table salt. After that, it is recommended to lightly fry the meat in vegetable oil. However, the preparation of the filling is not completed at this point, since greens and fatty mayonnaise should also be added to it.
Formation and heat treatment of dishes
When the stuffing is completely ready, it needs to be put in mushroom caps, which must be placed on a sheet or any other form for an oven.
