You can stuff pancakes with different products. In any case, such a dish will be hearty, tasty and nutritious. Today we will look at the easiest way using egg fillings, as well as ham and cheese.
How to properly stuff pancakes for a hearty meal
Essential ingredients for the dough:
- small sea salt - ½ spoon;
- small chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- butter not rancid - 1 pack (for greasing pancakes);
- fresh milk 4% - 760 ml;
- granulated sugar - 1.5 large spoons;
- baking soda without vinegar - 1/3 spoon;
- wheat flour - add at discretion;
- flavourless sunflower oil - for frying the product.
Dough preparation process
Before you start stuffing pancakes, you should make a liquid base. This requires breaking the eggs into a bowl, whipping them with a whisk, gradually adding sea salt, granulated sugar, milk, baking soda and wheat flour. As a result of such actions, you should get a thin pancake dough. In order for it to lose lumps, it is recommended to leave it aside for 20-35 minutes.
Frying dishes
Stuffed pancakes with ham and eggs are especially tasty from a thin and tender base. To bake it, you should strongly heat the pan together with vegetable oil, and then pour the cooked dough into it in an amount of an incomplete ladle in a circular motion. After that, it is recommended to tilt the stewpan so that the base spreads, forming a thin and even circle. When its lower part becomes rosy, the pancake should immediately be turned over, using a spatula for this. The finished dessert must be thoroughly greased with butter (hot on both sides) and put in a stack on a flat plate.

Stuffing Process
Stuffing for stuffed pancakes is very easy to prepare. To do this, you need to boil hard-boiled eggs, cool them, peel them and grate on a fine grater. Next, finely chopped leeks, table salt and melted butter should be added to them. After all the ingredients have been mixed, it is required to start filling pancakes.
Dish formation
In the middle of each pancake, put 2 large tablespoons of egg filling, then wrap the products with an envelope and put in the dishes intended for the oven (pre-grease with butter). When the form is completed, it is necessary to start preparing meat dressing. To do this, finely chop the ham and onions, lightly fry them in a pan using vegetable oil, and then lay them on top of the stuffed pancakes.
