Belarusian motives
There is a more simplified recipe, pancakes without eggs and flour. Such a portion is enough for a large company or a festive table:
- 12 medium sized potatoes;
- bulb;
- salt;
- cooking oil.
We chop the potatoes and onions together, due to the onion juice, the potatoes will not darken. Salt to taste. Put balls from the prepared mixture on a hot pan with oil and squeeze them with a spoon. These are Belarusian draniki, they should be of impressive size. Serve them better with fresh thick sour cream, lard and onions.
