The next evening I wondered how to treat my men, flipped through a couple of magazines with recipes, looked through several pages on the Internet and decided to cook baked meat, but not simple, but with a filling.

So, for baking, we need a kilogram of pork (if there is no pork, you can use beef, lamb or any other meat, a matter of taste of each hostess), any spices for meat, a few cloves of garlic, 60 grams cheese, a handful of walnuts, greens, salt and baking foil.

Let's get started. First you need to take a piece of meat (it should be whole), cut it in half, but not until the end, expand and cut again not until the end - you get a kind of plus if you look at the piece from above. Then we rub the garlic and grate a piece of meat on all sides and from the inside as well. Salt, season with spices. Next, prepare the filling: grate the cheese, nuts can be chopped, and can be used whole (naturally, peeled), chop the greens, combine everything and put in the cut meat. When the whole filling is laid out, wrap the piece in foil and place in the oven. Bake for about 1.5 hours, then remove the foil and still stand in the oven for 20 minutes so that the baked meat is fried. This dish can be served with a side dish, or rather some light vegetable salad.

You can bake meat without filling - you will get no less tasty dish. We need 800 grams of pork whole piece, vegetable oil, preferably olive, garlic, salt, cloves and ground black pepper. First you need to prepare the marinade: for this, pour olive oil into a deep pan, heat it a little, then put chopped garlic, cloves, pepper and salt into it. The smell of spices is excellent. In this marinade we put pork for literally half an hour. When the pork is soaked in a little marinade, wrap it in foil and pour over the remaining marinade. Bake in the oven for about an hour. My grandmother bakes in a Russian oven - the taste of meat is excellent, I have never tried this. This recipe for baked meat is easy to prepare, and there is plenty of pleasure from it. As a side dish, you can serve boiled potatoes with herbs, various cereals, beans, stewed vegetables and much more.

Amazing baked meat with cheese. I refer this recipe to โ€œfastโ€, since it takes no more than 40 minutes to cook it. We will need the following products: 500 grams of homemade minced meat (pork + beef), about 100 grams of smoked sausage , garlic, 1 egg for a bunch, salt, spices, herbs. Grind garlic and greens, mix with minced meat, add the egg and salt, again mix everything well. We cut the cheese into slices, from this amount of cheese I got 4 slices. From the minced meat we form a thick sausage, stick cheese, again we form a sausage. Next, we wrap the resulting roll in foil so that a small hole remains on top. Bake in the oven for no more than 30 minutes. Well, thatโ€™s all, the baked meat with cheese slices is ready, you can serve it to the table.

In general, I experimented with the latest recipe, for example, instead of cheese, I used sausage - it turned out to be a full meat steering wheel, my boys were delighted. The next time I wrapped cherry tomatoes in minced pork, the taste was not very good, so I did not cook this option anymore. Baked meat is very well combined with vegetables, such as cabbage or potatoes. But I used boiled potatoes to give it a taste, I fried it with onions, mashed a little and put it in minced meat. As a side dish, I had beans in tomato sauce with garlic, the dinner was a success, Iโ€™ll definitely repeat it somehow.
