Cooking steps
Potatoes are prepared like this:
- The first step is to wash the tubers and cut each into four parts.

- Then you need to take a deep baking sheet and spread out the foil (on which our potatoes will be baked).
- Mix the potatoes in a deep plate with the resulting mixture of oil and spices.
- Put everything on the foil (first you need to grease it with the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil) and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
- Put the future potatoes in Italian in the oven and cook at 180 degrees until the main ingredient is soft.
- After the dish is ready, do not rush to remove it from the foil. Let it stand for 10-20 minutes, it will become more appetizing.
How to serve potatoes in Italian
As a rule, this dish is independent. It is very satisfying, high-calorie and insanely tasty. However, our hostesses tend to supplement each dish with something of their own, in order to please their family at the dinner table. So, Italian potatoes in the oven can be combined with the following ingredients:
- Mushrooms. Mushrooms or mushrooms - a matter of taste. But the fact remains: the potato blends perfectly with them. Simply fry the clean and sliced mushrooms in vegetable oil and add to the rest of the dish.
