Ingredients for Beetroot and Carrot Casserole:
- beets - 2 pcs.;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
- margarine - 50 grams;
- egg - 2 pcs.;
- sour cream - 50 grams;
- wheat flour - 50 grams;
- a pinch of salt.
Cooking method:
- We clean the beets, rinse it under running water and rub on a medium grater.
- Next, cut onions into rings or in small pieces.
- We clean the carrots, wash it and grate;
- Mix the beets, onions and carrots in a separate bowl.
- Beat eggs, add salt, tomato paste and flour. Mix everything thoroughly and combine with other products.
- We grease the baking dish with margarine, put the dough in it and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
- Bake our beetroot and carrot casserole for 50-60 minutes.

Ingredients:
- apples - 250 grams;
- beets - 350 g;
- cottage cheese in grains - 150 g;
- granulated sugar - 50 g;
- semolina - 50 grams;
- chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- vegetable oil for greasing molds.
We divide the cooking process into the following steps:
- boil the beets, clean them and rub on a coarse grater;
- peel the apples from the peel, cut out the core and remove the seeds;
- cut into small pieces and add to beets;
- then in a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until smooth;
- using a mixer, mix the cottage cheese until there are no lumps in it;
- add eggs, semolina, beets with apples to the cottage cheese and beat the resulting mass;
