- 30 g butter;
- 0.5 l of water;

- half a large onion;
- half a glass of chopped celery;
- 2 potatoes;
- 2 medium carrots;
- 2.5 cups of milk;
- 4 tbsp. l sifted flour;
- spices, salt, black pepper - to taste;
- 700 g of pangasius fish (can be replaced by catfish);
- 1 cup grated cheese.
Cooking soup
The total cooking time will take you approximately 45 minutes.
First, melt the butter at the bottom of the pan, cook the onion for 5 minutes, until it softens. Pour in water, add the broth cube, chopped celery, potatoes and carrots (cubes). Cook for about 10 minutes, until vegetables are softened.
Mix half the milk and flour in a small bowl, then add gradually, stirring constantly, into the pan.
Enter the rest of the milk, salt, spices, spices into the pan. Stirring constantly, cook for about ten minutes until a thick mass is obtained.

Such cutlets, of course, can be made with any other kind of fish, but the charm of the pangasius is that it can be simply cooked and it is easy to separate the meat from the bone. If during cooking, pour more vegetable oil into the pan, the products are especially crispy.
Based on 8 pieces you will need:
- a pound of pangasius fillet;
- 1 spoon of mild mustard;
- 1 onion;
- 1 spoon of mayonnaise;
- half a spoonful of spices or fish seasoning;
- 3 cups crumbled crackers;
- 1 cup sunflower oil for frying;
- 1 chicken egg.
Cooking method
The total cooking time will take about 45 minutes.
Pour the fish in a saucepan with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the pangasius begins to separate with a fork. We drain the water, mimic the fish with a fork. Add mustard, chopped onion, breading, seasoning, mayonnaise, egg. Knead well.

To prepare, you will need the following:
- 1 kg fillet of pangasius;
- 0.3 kg of grated hard cheese;
- a pound of onions;
- fish seasoning - to taste;
- vegetable oil as needed.
Cooking pangasius in foil step by step
Defrost the fish fillet, gently wash and dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with seasoning for fish.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
We peel the onion and cut it into rings / half rings, depending on its size.
