Tuna and grilled, stewed, boiled and added to salads, take, for example, a standard Tunisian salad, which includes: tuna, lemon, cucumbers, tomatoes, spices, olive oil. All this is finely chopped, mixed and poured with several tablespoons of olive oil.

Tuna with tomato red sauce is just as easy to prepare, you will need 4 pieces of tuna, tomato, flour. Roll pieces of fish fillet in flour and fry on both sides in heated oil, after which we put chopped onions in the same pan. Now we clean and cut the tomatoes into squares, put them there and simmer until a large half of the liquid boils. Add spices to taste. Serve a piece of fish, watered with the sauce in which it was fried.
