- 70 grams of dill;
- three cloves of garlic;
- 150 ml sour cream;
- 100 ml of mayonnaise.
Sauce making
- Initially prepare all the components. Grate three cucumbers.
- Then mix the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and herbs (chopped).
- Then add the garlic, cucumbers (first drain the liquid from them). Shuffle. Keep the cucumber sauce in the refrigerator before serving.
Greek
This sauce is a great addition to a variety of snacks. It turns out he is gentle, a little island.
To prepare, you need:
- one long cucumber;
- four cloves of garlic;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- one tablespoon of lemon juice and olive oil;
- four mint leaves (finely chopped).
The process of making Greek sauce
- First cook the cucumber. Cut it in half, clear of seeds.

For cooking you will need:
- 2.5 kilograms of cucumbers;
- three liters of twisted tomatoes;
- a whole head of garlic;
- sugar (about a glass and a half);
- on a tablespoon of salt, vinegar essence;
- spice;
- greens;
- 150 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking
- Finely chop the cucumbers. Remove large seeds. In this sauce, they will be superfluous.
- Boil the rolled tomatoes until thick.
- Then add salt, sugar and butter to the tomato mass. Bring to a boil.
- Put cucumbers in future sauce. Bring the mass to a boil again.
