- 100 g of semisweet red wine;

- vegetable or butter;

Cooking process
- Divide the chicken into small pieces, wash well and dry with a paper towel.
- Onion and bell pepper cut into half rings, peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
- To cook Chakhokhbili from chickens, we need a cast-iron stewpan and an ordinary frying pan in which you are used to frying vegetables. Put the stewpan on the fire and heat. Without adding oil, put pieces of meat and fry them over medium heat, constantly turning over.
- Put the frying pan on the fire, melt the butter in it or pour in the vegetable, and fry the chopped onion rings until golden. When the chicken is browned on both sides, add onion to it and reduce the heat. Then in a pan, fry the pepper cut into half rings and also add to the chicken.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes and put in a saucepan to the chicken and other vegetables. Mix everything well, add wine and increase the heat so that the alcohol evaporates.After that, cover, reduce heat and simmer the dish for 15-20 minutes. After this time, open the lid and season well, add chopped garlic and finely chopped greens. Mix everything again and remove from heat. Allow to stand for 5-7 minutes, then you can serve to the table, after sprinkling with herbs.
