To prepare this type of pizza, you will need the following simple components: wheat flour - about 300 grams, baking yeast - one briquette (50 grams), vegetable oil (preferably olive) - 30 grams, salt, water - 250 ml. Yeast must be diluted in water at a temperature of 30-35 Β° C, kneading with a fork to a state of homogeneous gruel. Then they need to be put in a warm place, but not near an open flame, to activate the work of yeast fungi. After 10-15 minutes, when the process of intense gas formation begins (as can be seen from the bursting bubbles), we begin to prepare the pizza dough. To do this, pour warm water into a flour sifted through a sieve, add βsuitableβ yeast, table salt, and vegetable oil. Knead this mass until smooth. Leave the dough for 10 minutes to ripen, wait until it rises. Next, we roll it on parchment paper into a layer of not more than 0.5 cm thick. In the classic variation, pizza is, of course, round in shape, but its content is still more important for a home-made meal, so boldly knead the dough to the size of a baking sheet.
We cut ham (or smoked bacon) into small cubes, drain the juice from canned pineapples and chop them. Lubricate the dough layer with tomato sauce (if we use tomato paste, then add black hot pepper in it for the intensity of taste), spread the first layer of chopped ham, sprinkle with canned pineapples on top, and then cover with plenty of cheese, grated. If desired, the top of the Hawaiian pizza can be sprinkled with mayonnaise.
We put the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 250-270 Β° C for 10-13 minutes.
Hot pizza is served to the table, cut into portioned triangular pieces. It can be served cold for breakfast as a cold appetizer.
