A set of products and tools for cooking
The most expensive of the ingredients for making pasta with shrimp in sour cream sauce, of course, is seafood. Therefore, their choice should be approached responsibly. It is better to buy an already peeled product.
The classic recipe uses olive oil. But today, not every housewife can afford to buy such an expensive product. It can be replaced with refined sunflower oil. You will also need a couple of cloves of garlic and cream (sour cream) with a high percentage of fat content. Choose pasta at your discretion.

Shrimp pasta in sour cream sauce: recipe, list of ingredients
The following products must be taken:
- three hundred grams of fat sour cream;
- a pound of peeled frozen shrimp;
- a few cloves of garlic;
- a couple of tablespoons of olive oil;
- a sprig of fresh basil (can be replaced with a teaspoon of dry);
- a pinch of salt - better use sea;
- half a kilogram of any paste.
Description of cooking
First of all, you need to boil the paste. To do this, first boil water in a saucepan and send pasta to it. Cook for no more than 8 minutes. The pasta should turn out a little undercooked or, as they say, aldente. Throw it in a colander.
In the next step, peel the garlic and chop it as small as possible in random order.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and send the garlic into it. Fry it for no more than a minute, so that it starts up the juice. After it is necessary to remove from the pan. Otherwise, it will burn and give a bitter taste to the whole dish.
Shrimp should be thawed and sent to fry in olive oil in a pan with high sides.
Meanwhile, pour sour cream and salt in a pan with fragrant olive oil. Add finely chopped basil there. Keep the mixture on low heat until it thickens. Remember to stir occasionally.
At this point, lightly fried shrimp can be sent to the sour cream sauce. Stew for no more than three minutes, otherwise seafood may become stiff.
After you turn off the fire, you can safely spread the pasta in the pan.
