Pork foil is perfect for a warm family dinner or for a festive dinner. The meat baked in the oven turns out to be juicy, tender, with a magical aroma that makes all guests salivate in anticipation of a meal. You can bake pork in foil in one large piece, or you can pre-cut into portioned medallions.
For cooking you will need: pork tenderloin (800 grams), 1 fresh carrot, black pepper peas, a couple of garlic cloves, salt and a bay leaf.
They wash the pork, let the water drain and make deep cuts on the piece. Peeled carrots are cut into thin strips, garlic cloves are divided into 2-4 parts. After this, the roll is started to be stuffed, placing carrots and garlic in the holes obtained with the knife. Pork greased with vegetable oil, sprinkled with salt, put on a piece of foil. 5-6 peas of black pepper and 1-2 small leaves of laurel are placed on top, covered with foil and put in the oven to bake for about an hour at low temperature. Before serving, pork is cut into portions.
Garlic Pork Foil
You will need a piece of pork 700 gr., Bay leaf, black pepper, a couple of cloves of garlic and olive oil. Dry bay leaves are crumbled, mixed with ground pepper, finely chopped garlic and a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Rub this composition with washed and dried pork and leave to soak for an hour. Then they wrap it in foil and send it to the oven to bake for 1.5 hours at a minimum temperature. Serve in whole or pre-cut.
Portion pork in foil with potatoes
Required: a pound of potatoes and 400 grams of pork tenderloin, onion, mayonnaise, a set of spices for meat, lavrushka and vegetable oil. Pork is divided into small pieces of 2-3 cm, the onion is cut into thin quarters of rings, and the potatoes are cut into large longitudinal slices. All ingredients are mixed in a deep container - meat, potatoes, onions, mayonnaise, salt and spices. The foil is divided into small sheets, in the center of each lay a portion of pork and potatoes. Wrap and spread on a baking tray. The oven is heated to 180, and put in a baking sheet for 50 minutes. This dish is served at the table in foil, and guests themselves open it.
Pork in foil with cheese
You will need: a pound of pork, a piece of hard cheese 100 gr., A teaspoon of mustard and a tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt and a little vegetable oil. Pork is cut into 1 cm thick layers, slightly beaten. Washed, dried, rubbed with a mixture of mustard and mayonnaise and lightly salted. On a baking sheet, spread a sheet of foil, lightly grease it with vegetable oil and lay out pieces of pork. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with foil on top so that air remains over the meat.

Pork in honey sauce
For cooking you will need: a kilogram of pork, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of honey and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard without a slide. For the marinade you will need: a liter of water, 100 gr. salt and 50 gr. sugar, onion and spices (peppercorns, ginger root, cinnamon sticks, 4-5 pcs. cloves, cumin, garlic). Prepare the marinade - put ginger root (a small piece), a couple of cloves of garlic, a couple of pinch of caraway seeds, cinnamon stick, chopped onion, cloves, bring to a boil and cool. A piece of meat is placed in the same marinade and left to soak for a day. The next day, the pork is removed, wrapped in foil and sent to the oven for an hour and a half to bake at a temperature of 220 degrees. Prepare the glaze - mix honey with mustard and smear the finished piece of pork with this composition. After this, the meat is sent to bake for another 20 minutes, after first opening the foil on top.
