The main components that make up this salad - radish, cucumber, egg. You can give vent to your imagination and add something of your own to the mentioned dish, because who, if not you, needs to know what products your favorite family prefers. For cooking, we need:

  1. Radish - 300 grams.
  2. Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  3. Boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  4. Green onion - 1 bunch.
  5. Dill, parsley and celery greens.
  6. A little sour cream for dressing.
  7. Salt to taste.

Cooking method

  1. Thoroughly wash the radish under running water from dirt, remove the tails and the rest of the greens. We cut into circles or half rings (it all depends on the size of the fruit). If you purchased a white variety of radish, then it is advisable to cut it obliquely.
  2. Cucumbers are also mine and cut in the same way as radishes.
  3. Cook eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.
  4. We do the same with greens. If you wish, you can add more lettuce, only they need not be cut, but torn into small pieces with your hands.
  5. Combine all the ingredients, salt to taste and season with sour cream. If you are not a fan of dairy products, then as an alternative you can use sunflower oil, preferably refined, so as not to interrupt the taste and smell of the remaining ingredients. That's all! Enjoy your meal!
