- chopped black pepper and salt - apply to taste;
- light sifted flour - a large spoon;
- fresh chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- bulbs not bitter onions - 2 large heads.
Ingredient preparation

- any fresh mushrooms - about 250 g;
- chopped black pepper and salt - apply to taste;
- light sifted flour - a large spoon;
- fresh chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- refined oil - 45 ml;
- bitter bulb - 2 large heads.
