Pie with dried apricots (recipe one).
Very fast and very tasty. Preparation takes only a few minutes and no more than half an hour in the oven.
Ingredients: pita bread (one, thin), sour cream (0.5 l), flour (35-50 g), eggs (2 pcs.), Sugar (half a glass), dried apricots (250-350 gr).
Cooking. Dried apricots are steamed. Beat eggs with sour cream, flour and sugar. We tear lavash into two parts (equal). On one of these halves we put 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture and spread on pita bread. Spread in the form (d = 20 cm). We lay the second half on top, dried apricots on it (whole, you can chopped). We bend the edges of the first and second half up, laying them directly on the filling and fill them with the remaining mass.
We close the form with foil and put in the oven (temperature 190-220 degrees). After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Shortcake with dried apricots (second recipe).
The cake is very tender and really tasty, with sweet, crispy crumbs.
Ingredients: one and a half glasses of dried apricots, one and a half glasses of water, 2/3 packs of butter, a glass of sugar, two glasses of flour, an egg.
Let's start making a shortbread cake with dried apricots from the filling. We lay out the washed dried apricots in a saucepan and cook, adding one and a half glasses of water, until it softens. All the contents of the stewpan are transferred to a blender (the syrup obtained after cooking too) and beat. If the filling seems acidic to you, you can add sugar to it.
Now it's the turn of the test. Warm butter mixed with sugar, egg and flour. Mixer speed choose the smallest. Mix until you get fatty crumbs (do not overdo it).
Put the dough (2/3) into a non-stick coating form (if there is no such form, oil a sheet of baking paper with oil, put it in the form, and then lay out the dough). Spread the dough evenly, but in no case crush it. Gently spread the filling. Sprinkle the remaining dough into the filling. Bake at standard temperature (190-200 degrees) for 35 minutes.
Pie with dried apricots (recipe three).
Perhaps the name "Sweet Benefit" is suitable here. This cake is prepared with dried apricots and prunes, with the addition of oatmeal.
Ingredients: one and a half glasses of flour, a bag of baking powder (see the dosage for the bag itself), a glass of sugar (it will be much tastier if you divide this volume in half: sugar with honey), a glass of Hercules flakes, a pinch of salt, two oranges juice, a third of a glass vegetable oil (can be replaced with margarine), two eggs, a glass of sour cream and assorted chopped dried fruits (dried apricots with prunes).
Cooking. Beat the eggs with a mixer, add a little sugar, sour cream, salt, butter (margarine), juice, flour, cereal. Dried fruits can be added immediately to the dough, or you can sprinkle on top.
Bake, as in previous recipes.
Pie with dried apricots (recipe fourth).
Yeast pastry pie with assorted filling. If you are not a fan of semi-finished products, you can use the example of preparing the test specified in this recipe. If you have absolutely no time and desire to tinker with such a test - buy in a store.
Ingredients for the filling: 400 g of dried fruit (you can only take dried apricots separately, but it will be much tastier if you take dried apricots, pears, apples, prunes in equal proportions), an egg, half a glass of sugar, vanilla (or cinnamon, at your discretion).
Ingredients for the test: two eggs, a pinch of salt, two thirds of a glass of sugar, 1/2 liter of milk, a full tablespoon of yeast (dried), flour.
Cook the dough first. Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add milk, three cups of sifted flour and mixed with yeast flour and knead. Leave in a warm place until the volume increases (two to three times), knead again and again let the dough "ferment". We spread it on a table with sifted flour, knead a cool dough. We separate the 5/6 dough and spread, leveling, on a baking sheet or in a baking dish (the pie will be large, so choose a large shape). Do not forget to pre-cover the form with paper soaked in oil.
We prepare the filling from dried apricots (or assorted): wash my dried fruits, dry them and pass through a meat grinder. Add some vanilla. Beat the egg, mix with dried fruits and sugar.
We spread the filling in the form on the dough. We use the remaining dough for decoration (in order to make it more beautiful, grease with a beaten egg).
Bake, as in the previous recipe (after the cake "fits" directly in the form), for at least forty minutes. Readiness can be determined by piercing with a match (the test should not remain on the match).
Enjoy your meal!
