What wine without cheese ?! An appetizer for wine using good cheese will be an ideal option on any table. But simply chopping the cheese and putting it on a plate is a commonplace and too simple affair. Let's dream a little. How about a combination of lemon, cheese, mayonnaise and herbs? Take one lemon, rinse it thoroughly and cut into circles. Put the lemon mugs on the dish and grab the other ingredients. For our appetizer, grate cheese on a very fine grater and mix with mayonnaise. Add greens to the resulting mixture (parsley is quite suitable) and again mix everything thoroughly. Using a teaspoon, apply mayonnaise to each lemon slice. That's all! A light meal for wine is ready and will pleasantly surprise your guests.

Instead of lemon, you can use other products, such as tomatoes. They also need to be washed and cut into circles. We spread the vegetables on the dish, and on top with a spoon we apply the mayonnaise mass. An ideal option would be to use garlic instead of greens. Here we also mix the grated cheese with mayonnaise and add the garlic mass to them. Greens can be used as a decoration. A few minutes in the kitchen, and a pleasant and mouth-watering appetizer ready for wine.

Another appetizer recipe will require two pieces of eggplant, about four tomatoes, two cloves of garlic, herbs, salt and black pepper to taste. Rinse tomatoes, eggplant and greens thoroughly under running water. Then washed eggplant, cut into thin round pieces, fry on both sides until golden brown over low heat. Pepper and salt them to taste, put on dishes, wait until they cool slightly, and then put tomato mugs on top. Garlic mass and greens, sprinkled on top of vegetable sandwiches, will give a pleasant aroma and cute appearance. Such an appetizer will not only shock your guests, but also satisfy their hunger.

A slightly expensive, but perfect snack to the liquor is a gourmet salmon dish. Here you will need about 250 g of slightly salted salmon, 125-150 g of cottage cheese, a little red caviar, garlic and herbs to taste, and you can use lemon for decoration. The cooking process is as simple as the previous recipes.

Start by mixing the curd cheese and chopped dill greens to a homogeneous mass, adding crushed garlic to them. As a basis for the mixture we use slightly salted salmon, cut into squares and neatly laid out on a dish. We cover each piece of salmon with a teaspoon of cooked filling, and decorate with red caviar on top to give a festive look. In addition, you can add lemon slices to the dish that will decorate your snack.

In general, easy and reliable recipes for preparing snacks for wine or liquor are quickly remembered and in the future only require your imagination. Any vegetables, meat, fish and even fruits are perfect for snacks. For the main dishes, you can also lay oranges, pineapples or grapefruits, which are combined with any products. Occasionally, you can change the ingredients, and then an appetizer for wine, champagne or liquor will become your family's favorite dish during the festive feasts.
