Simple dishes are a great help for any housewife. They save in a variety of situations: when the guests suddenly stopped by, when the refrigerator turned out to be almost empty, when there was no time (or perhaps effort) to prepare dinner. In all cases, potato with sausage in the oven with cheese will be simply irreplaceable. There would be treasured tubers, and for accompaniment there will probably be leftovers from which you can’t cook a full-fledged dish.

It is in the form of it that the easiest and fastest way to prepare potatoes is with sausage in the oven with cheese. Six medium-sized peeled potatoes are thinly but not transparently layered and lapped in an oiled form or a baking sheet with a slight salting. A pair of large onions is cut with rings or their halves (here it is better to give preference to elements thicker). Onions are placed on top of potatoes. Following are circles of any (but better smoked) sausage. A third of a kilogram is enough. Everything is poured with five eggs, beaten with half a glass of milk, and for half an hour is cleaned in a hot oven. When the allotted time runs out, the casserole is sprinkled with grated cheese mixed with chopped herbs, and brought to the blush for another ten minutes.

Now we will consider how to prepare a more complex potato with sausage in the oven with cheese. First you need to cook a kilogram of tubers - so that they are completely ready, but not crumbled - and cut into medium slices. Hard boiled, cleaned and diced five eggs. Potatoes are laid out in a rather deep bowl, smeared and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, sprinkled with eggs, on which circles of smoked sausage are laid . All this is also crushed by crackers, after which it is slightly spilled with thick cream. There are several such layers; the last should be potatoes. It should be sprinkled with melted butter, pour cream, season with paprika and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. About an hour of baking - and the delicacy is ready to eat.

The combined use of the stove and foil has been tested on a wide variety of products and dishes and has long been recognized as successful. In the taste sense, potatoes with sausages in the oven with cheese, cooked in this way are very interesting.

  1. 200 grams of raw smoked chicken is finely chopped.
  2. A slightly smaller piece of cheese rubs and mixes with sausage.
  3. Finely chopped garlic cloves (2 pieces) and a bunch of any greens are added there.
  4. Six potatoes are thoroughly washed and placed on the foil (for each tuber - an individual piece).
  5. Each potato is cut crosswise, but not completely, and is salted.
  6. The foil is wrapped, and the potatoes are put into the oven until almost ready.
  7. The foil is opened, the filling is generously applied in the middle of the tuber, and the dish is sent for further baking until the cheese becomes tanned.

Served right on a piece of foil, drenched in sour cream.

We’ll have to frown a little, but everyone who sits at the table will sincerely praise the hostess. Peeled large potatoes are cut along; in each half, a core is removed to make a boat. In this form, the base is cooked until half cooked. The cut out residues are crushed and fried in vegetable oil until crunchy. When cooled, mix with slices of sausage and chopped herbs; "Salad" seasoned with mayonnaise. The resulting filling is laid out in boats, a slice of tomato (or a strip of bell pepper) is attached on top and a grated cheese is poured.
