Chlorophyllipt alcohol (solution): application features

"Chlorophyllipt" has an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect. This antiseptic drug is available in the form of an alcoholic and oily solution, tablets intended for absorption in the oral cavity, as well as a spray. It is effective against staphylococci - even against those that are resistant to antibiotics. In addition, the Chlorophyllipt preparation stimulates tissue regeneration, promotes early healing of wounds, elimination of toxins from the body and an increase in the oxygen content in tissues. The active substance in it is chlorophyllipt extract - a mixture of chlorophylls, which are obtained from eucalyptus leaves. Thus, this drug is a preparation of organic origin having a complex composition.

Chlorophyllipt alcohol (1%, 0.25%) is used in the treatment of diseases caused by staphylococci and septic conditions, including postpartum and postoperative; with carriage of staphylococci in the intestine. In the latter case, it is prescribed not only inside, but also in the form of enemas, which are placed every three days: for their preparation, a 1% solution (20 ml) is diluted in a liter of water. In total, at least ten such procedures should be performed. Inside the "Chlorophyllipt" alcohol (the instructions emphasize this), take only diluted three times a day. To do this, take 5 ml of its 1% solution in 30 ml of water. Mandatory rule: take the drug should be no later than forty minutes before eating.

Chlorophyllipt extract can cause allergic reactions. To avoid such situations, before using the drug in any dosage form, a special test is performed. For this, the patient is given a drink of 20-25 drops of the drug, dissolved in 1 tbsp. l water. "Chlorophyllipt" - alcohol, oily or in the form of tablets - can be prescribed to the patient if within 8-10 hours after this allergic reaction (swelling of the lips, mucous membranes of the mouth or nose) is not observed.

The drug is successfully used in the treatment of cervical erosion: its channel is lubricated with undiluted alcohol solution or is prescribed to the patient for douching. In the latter case, the product is diluted with water - 15 ml per 1 liter. The number of procedures and the duration of the course are determined by the doctor individually, depending on the indications. Burns and trophic ulcers are treated using an alcohol solution of Chlorophyllipt in a mixture with 0.25% novocaine (1: 5). Rinsing with “Chlorophyllipt” will help ease the patient’s condition with laryngitis and pharyngitis: for their preparation, 15 drops of the solution are diluted in a glass of water. Gargle four times a day.

The interaction of this drug with other drugs has not yet been studied, there is no information about this. It is only known that when combined with hydrogen peroxide, “Chlorophyllipt” alcohol forms a precipitate. Therefore, wounds or trophic ulcers should be rinsed with sterile saline before using the Chlorophyllipt solution.

In especially severe cases, the patient may be prescribed intravenous infusions of a 0.25% alcohol solution of the drug. With pneumonia and sepsis, it is injected jet (four times a day), with acute lung abscesses, drip (twice a day), previously diluted with a sterile solution of sodium chloride. The course of treatment is 4-5 days. The drug is also used to wash purulent cavities through a drainage tube, diluting with procaine solution.

Chlorophyllipt is generally well tolerated by patients. Contraindications to the use of the drug, in addition to hypersensitivity to its active substance, are pregnancy and lactation.
