Simple recipe
A range of ingredients for salad with mushrooms and smoked sausage is available to everyone today. We will need: 250 grams of sausage (it should be taken in excellent quality, which grade it is up to you to choose), a jar of canned sweet corn, 250 grams of fresh champignons, three lightly salted cucumbers (if you wish, again, you can replace it with fresh ones), 3 eggs, one onion, one carrot, a clove of garlic, vegetable oil, mayonnaise and greens for decoration.
Cooking is easy!
- Peel the onion and wash it, cut into cubes or strips.
- We clean the carrots and wash them, grate coarsely or as for the “Korean” one.
- Wash the mushrooms and remove excess moisture with a napkin, cut into pieces.
- Cut pickled cucumbers into strips or small bars. Smoked sausage with the same slices, having previously cleaned it from the shell.
- At this time, cook hard-boiled eggs. Then cool, clean, cut into strips.
- Add a little lean oil to the pan and warm it up well. We introduce the onion there and fry it until soft. Add carrots, fry it with onions for several minutes. Then add mushrooms to the total mass in the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for about 15 minutes. In the final, salt / pepper to taste. We remove the pan with the ingredients from the heat and let the contents cool to room temperature.
- In a container for making a salad with sausage and mushrooms, place mayonnaise (first about 50-80 grams, then, if anything, add). We press the same clove of garlic.

- Meanwhile, we boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and grate them coarsely (or you can cut them into small cubes - as already mentioned, the salad with sausage and mushrooms allows all sorts of variations).
- Cut the ham into cubes or strips.
- We rub the cheese coarsely.
- All ingredients (pre-cool mushrooms with onions!) Are placed in a large bowl and mixed thoroughly with mayonnaise. We decorate the salad with sausage and mushrooms with sprigs of dill, sprinkling it with grated egg yolk on top.
