First you need to do the eggs. They are combined with granulated sugar and beat intensively, gradually adding vegetable oil. All this is supplemented by a baking powder, oxygen-rich flour and prunes soaked in boiling water. The finished dough with a spoon is placed on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and sent to the preheated oven.
Roll with apples and dried fruits
This delicate and fragrant pastry with prunes is not only distinguished by excellent taste characteristics, but also by its extremely simple composition. To make such a roll for tea, you will need:
- 4 tbsp. l high-grade baking flour.
- 3 tbsp. l ordinary sugar.
- 4 tbsp. l any deodorized oil.
- 12 g of vanilla sugar.
- 4 raw large eggs.
- 1/4 tsp baking powder.
- 2 ripe sweet apples.
- 6 prunes.
Beat the egg whites, gradually adding sugar. The resulting mass is carefully brought into a bowl in which there are already yolks, vegetable oil, vanillin, baking powder and flour. Everything is carefully mixed and poured onto a baking sheet, the bottom of which is lined with parchment and covered with pieces of apples and prunes. In the composition of this pastry with prunes there is neither sour cream, nor butter. Therefore, it can be safely called dietary and offered to those who monitor their own weight. To prepare such a low-calorie treat you will need:
- 250 g of high-grade baking flour.
- 100 g of brown sugar.
- 200 g of prunes (preferably seedless).
- 1 cup of strong coffee (natural or instant).
- Salt, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.
First you need to make coffee. It is brewed, sweetened and completely cooled. The cooled drink is poured into a container, at the bottom of which there is already sifted flour, salt, baking powder and spices. All this is supplemented with chopped prunes, thoroughly stirred and poured into a refractory form. Bake the product at a moderate temperature for about twenty minutes. Readiness is checked with an ordinary match. They carefully pierce the surface of the pie and see if there are traces of raw dough on it.
